Shake well. Fill dropper and place tincture under your tongue. Can be taken alone or in coffee, smoothies, and other food and beverages.
Use as part of your daily post-workout routine or 60 minutes bed to maintain health through active recovery.
1000mg tincture bottle, bottle contains approximately 600 total drops and each drop will contain ~1.6mg of CBD.
Suggested dosage is 0.25mg CBD multiplied by your body weight in pounds on a daily basis. Therefore, someone who weighs a 120 pounds should take 30mg CBD daily or ~15 drops , and someone who weighs 200 pounds should take 50mg CBD daily or ~30 drops .
Ideally, split your does equally between morning and evening. With this formula you can now easily figure out your ideal dose.
