500mg tincture bottle, bottle contains approximately 600 total drops and each drop will contain ~.8mg of CBD.
Suggested dosage is 0.25mg CBD multiplied by your body weight in pounds on a daily basis. Therefore, someone who weighs a 120 pounds should take 30mg daily or ~35 drops , and someone who weighs 200 pounds should take 50mg daily or ~60 drops.
Ideally, split your does equally between morning and evening. With this formula you can now easily figure out your ideal dose.
